What means "MONTICELLI NOTATION"

For to be able to solve high math problems by bare hands (withut technological instrunents) usings simple algebraic formulas, it's necessary to trasform the value of a number reducing it not too far from unity. 
A number express by DECIMAL NOTATION coul have a value too big or too small (far from unity) 
A number express by SCIENTIFIC NOTATION having value in range 1 to 10 is possible to calculate by complicate formulas with little approximation. 
A number express by MONTICELLI NOTATION having value in range 1 to 2 is possible to calculate by simple formulas with high approximation. 
MONTICELLI NOTATION is an evolution of the SCIENTIFIC NOTATION where the value extrat after powers of 10 is again divided by 2 or 4 or 8 (powers of 2) for reduce the value <2 making it easy to perform high math calculation.

About the name of this evolute notation, for semplicity I could not help to use my name: MONTICELLI (this is the final result of over 20 years of research) 
Another reason for use my name is the need of visibility for spread my utopian philosophy in the worldwide web. 
Anyway the definition MONTICELLI NOTATION is well fitted cause future presentation of the very useful MONTICELLI NUMBERS (someting different to not confuse with FIBONACCI NUMBERS)
